1. Kann der Teilnehmende an der Veranstaltung nicht teilnehmen, so hat er seinen Rücktritt vom Vertrag schriftlich oder per E-Mail gegenüber dem Veranstalter zu erklären.

a) Bei Rücktritt/Storno vor dem 14.05.2025 wird die Teilnahmegebühr unter Einbehaltung einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 50%, mindestens aber 15€, erstattet.
b) Bei Rücktritt/Storno nach dem 14.05.2025 erfolgt keine Erstattung.

2. Wenn der angemeldete Teilnehmende die Veranstaltung nicht besuchen kann, hat der Teilnehmende bis zum 27.05.2025 die Möglichkeit, eine Ersatzperson für die Teilnahme schriftlich oder per E-Mail anzugeben.

1. If the participant cannot attend the event, he/she must declare his/her withdrawal from the contract in writing or by e-mail to the organizer.
a) In case of withdrawal/cancellation before 14/05/2025, the participation fee will be refunded subject to a processing fee of 50% but at least 15€.
b) In case of withdrawal/cancellation after 14/05/2025 no refund will be made.

2. If the registered participant cannot attend the event, the participant has the option to indicate a substitute person for the participation in writing or by e-mail until 27/05/2025.
